2. What data do we collect?

Contact form: name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.
Job applications: name, contact details, CV and motivation.
Free brand check: the URL of the website you submit for analysis, the social media channels you provide (URL or handle), optionally an email address to send the report to, as well as the automatically collected data from the publicly available source pages (HTML, meta tags, images, headings) and the derived scores and recommendations.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date/time, referring page.

3. Brand check — use and storage of data

When you use our free brand check, we retrieve the publicly available content of the URL you provided and (when filled in) the social media profiles you provided. This data is analysed to deliver a report with scores, findings and recommendations.

The results of the analysis (URL, channels, scores, findings) are stored in our secure database so that:

you can consult or download your report later;
we can — only if you have left an email address — send you the report and optionally personalised advice;
we can build anonymous benchmarks to improve the check and our services.

We never sell this data to third parties. Analyses are kept for as long as relevant for the purposes above (max. 24 months), after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion of your analysis at any time viainfo@elitegroep.be.

4. Legal basis & purposes

We process your data on the basis of your consent (e.g. use of the brand check, newsletter), the performance of a contract (e.g. client relationship), a legal obligation (e.g. accounting) or our legitimate interest(e.g. website security, product improvement).

5. Recipients & processors

For the operation of the website and the brand check we work with carefully selected processors (hosting, database, email and AI providers). A data processing agreement is in place with each of them and they only process your data on our behalf.

6. Retention

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data, as well as to object or withdraw your consent. Send your request toinfo@elitegroep.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
